edesign how it works

step one

Select and Purchase:  You choose the package that fits your project and process payment.  

Questions about which package is best suited for you?

Contact Kirsten at celadonstudio@comcast.net with the general size and scope of your project, and she can point you in the right direction.

step two 

Project Questionnaire:  You will be guided to the edesign questionnaire to help define the scope of your project.  This step also includes you sending images and measurements of the space.  You will have the opportunity to upload any social media boards or inspiration images to help us understand your personal style better.

 

step three

Design Phase:  Within 10 business days of completing the questionnaire,  you will receive an email inviting to you to review the initial designs in the Design Files Client Portal.  After setting up your portal account, you will be able to offer feedback and comments so we can refine the design, if needed.  Any time you send feedback or questions through the portal, we will respond within one business day.

 

step four

Revision and Review:  One round of revisions and reselections will be made, if needed, and the finalized designs and shopping list will be presented for your review. The shopping list will contain details on the specified items, as well as direct shopping links and purchasing information.

step five

Completion: You are ready to take over to order your furniture and accessories, complete the installation and enjoy your new space!

Note: If there is a lapse in communication of greater than 30 days without communication of the need for extra time, Celadon Studio Ltd. reserves the right to close the project and charge a $50 reopening fee, which must be paid before continuing the project.
